1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed through SZULI.PRO is Grzegorz “Szuli” Szulakowski, Namysłów, Poland.

2. Data we process

The CONTACT and WIN-WIN forms may process:

• your name and e-mail address,
• company or organisation and phone number — if provided voluntarily,
• the selected topic and message content,
• form language and information identifying which form was used,
• basic technical data needed for security, session operation and abuse prevention.

Messages submitted in English or German are automatically translated into Polish to help handle the enquiry efficiently.

After consent, Google Analytics 4 may process information about how the website is used, including page views, approximate traffic source, device type, language, approximate location, interactions and events related to forms and social links. Data entered into form fields, such as your name, e-mail, phone number or message content, is not intentionally sent to Analytics.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your enquiry and replying — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message concerns steps prior to a contract or cooperation.
• Managing ordinary correspondence — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in activities, media, training or cooperation.
• Website security, spam prevention and legal claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Measuring traffic and improving the website with Google Analytics 4 — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent. Consent is voluntary and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Your name, e-mail address and message are required to submit a form. The remaining fields are optional.

4. Recipients, technical support and service providers

To the extent necessary for the operation, security and maintenance of the website, data may be processed by entities supporting the Controller. These include:

• WB Studio — Wojciech Banik — technical maintenance of the website, administration of the hosting environment and technical deployments; access to data is limited to what is necessary to perform these tasks and is carried out on behalf of the Controller,
• Hostinger — website and e-mail hosting infrastructure,
• Microsoft Azure Translator — automatic translation of EN/DE messages into Polish,
• Google Analytics / Google — visit statistics loaded only after user consent,
• Spotify — the playlist player loaded only after SOUND ON is clicked.

A provider may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers rely on safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the matter and later for the time required to document communication or cooperation and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims under applicable limitation periods.

Technical and security records are retained only as long as needed to protect and operate the website. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in Analytics and Google's applicable rules.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request:

• access to your data and a copy,
• rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests,
• data portability where applicable,
• withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Cookies, browser storage and Google Analytics

The website uses the following technologies:

• a technical PHP session cookie — used for protected-page access, security and form rate limiting; the session may last up to 7 days,
• browser local storage — remembers the selected language and your analytics choice,
• Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SXKH55HPK3) — loaded only after consent; it may then use cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, typically retained for up to 2 years,
• the Spotify player — created only after SOUND ON is clicked and may then use Spotify technologies.

Before consent, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google. Advertising consent remains disabled — the website currently uses neither Meta Pixel nor Google advertising tags.

You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops analytics storage and removes Google Analytics cookies that the website can delete.

8. External services

The website links to official profiles on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Spotify. Those services apply their own privacy rules after you open them. The SZULI.PRO controller does not determine how those platforms process personal data.

9. Automated decisions and security

The controller does not use personal data to make decisions about users based solely on automated processing. Google Analytics is used to create website usage statistics, while automatic translation is only an assistance tool.

Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used, including HTTPS encryption, protected access, anti-spam measures and restricted access to server configuration.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated if website functionality, services or applicable laws change. The current version will always be available at this address.
